Happy Early Birthday To Me:
Tomorrow is my birthday but I’m going out to dinner with friends tonight. I’m realllllllly worried about what I’m going to eat. Salad with seafood on top maybe? I don’t know. I lost another half pound and I don’t want to mess that up, but there’s not that many good choices…
I went shopping today and bought work out clothes. Went to the gym and burned 605 calories. Net intake=45! I go to sleep every night hoping tomorrow the scale will show improvement. Good night lovelies

a few days ago, i weighed 143, meaning i had lost 4 lbs total. today i weighed myself and weighed 145. my weight is fluctuating a lot. WHY?
30 Day Shred
That kicked me in the butt. I think I’m going to that every other day, and on my “off” days I will walk/jog for 45 minutes on the treadmill (I usually go 4 mph at 4 incline and burn 220+ calories in 30 minutes). I’m stepping it up to 45 minutes because I lost 2 more pounds and I want to keep it up!!
